OpenCode snapshot repo balloons to 15 GB in 11.5 hours, filling a 40 GB disk

- A user reports OpenCode v2.0.27's internal snapshot git repo grew from zero to 15 GB in 11.5 hours on a small project, filling the entire 40 GB ext4 root filesystem and breaking all writes on the host.
- Unlike the previously fixed 2 MB large-file bug (#17753), this bloat comes from 334k loose objects plus leaked tmpobj / tmppack garbage — the hourly maintenance gc either never runs or fails silently (possibly due to dubious-ownership or lock issues), so nothing gets packed or pruned.
- Live evidence: git count-objects -vH shows 334,485 loose objects and 6.68 GiB of packs; git gc --prune=now reported 100+ garbage files. The workspace itself is under 1 GB.
- Existing mitigations (2 MB file cap, hourly git gc --prune=7.days) don't cover this; the issue is labeled reproduced. Data lives under /.local/share/opencode/snapshot/.
