A practical Midjourney v8.2 demo: reusing a single --sref style code (3017406732) with --ar 3:4 --sw 100 --s 150 --hd yields a consistent illustrated-portrait aesthetic across generations; adding --raw pushes results toward photographic looks. Also shows a pen-silhouette sref with --stylize 300 for a different style.
