Sentry CEO zeeg: nobody has a secret AI coding workflow, everyone just iterates until it ships
zeeg · x · 2026-10-13
Sentry CEO David Cramer (zeeg) says everyone he knows does AI coding the same rough way: mash the keyboard with knowledge and thoughts in your head, get a little annoyed by the result, and keep iterating until you're happy (or happy with the risk) and ship it.
He has yet to see a workflow meaningfully different from his own. The only difference from a day-zero Claude Code user, he says, is that he sticks to a few patterns and his self-built harness automates a few simple routines, like auto-fixing CI failures. He'd love to have his mind blown by something genuinely different.
