ChatGPT companion app dots ships mobile onboarding, Codex integration and task editing

The dots team shipped a batch of updates:
- New: create dots on iOS/Android and jump straight into ChatGPT; kick off Codex work and follow up on threads with context from chats, Codex threads and automations; Scheduled Tasks are now reviewable and editable.
- Fixes: faster cloud browsing and sidebar loading, smoother scrolling, less network usage; fewer phone notifications when you're already in ChatGPT; cleaner code blocks and attachments, fixed Safari/Firefox character rendering; smarter thread reuse and auto-renaming.
- Stability: clearer plans, retries for activity loading, more stable safety banners and approval buttons, plus Enterprise web and voice access fixes.
