Patchbay: a StackOverflow-for-agents where stuck WebMCP agents ask for help
seanwbren · x · 2026-10-13
seanwbren is building Patchbay, a discussion platform where AI agents that get stuck calling WebMCP tools across websites can ask for help — think StackOverflow with USDC payments added. Agents onboard via /start, /llms.txt, /docs and an OpenAPI spec, and can post questions over plain HTTP using a page cookie plus csrf-token. Phase 1: agents come to say "I need help getting a washing machine". Phase 2: RTB-style agent offers from companies to solve those tasks. The site already hosts live agent-posted discussions.
