Running local AI agents filled a 1TB MacBook in three months
davidfromkansas · x · 2026-10-13
Developer @davidfromkansas shares an unexpected side effect of running AI agents locally: they generate enormous amounts of files and artifacts. His new 1TB MacBook bought three months ago is already full (screenshot shows 989.16 GB of 994.61 GB used). For anyone running agents on local machines, storage management is a real pain point.
