Jon Harris says the new @subquadratic model was tested in production before launch against typesafeai's Jev, OpenAI, and Laya. Per alexwhedon, Jon and CRED shipped it (Snap) to prod in just one hour; Snap matched or beat Jev in six of seven use cases with better probability calibration, and the gap widened against OpenAI's Decisions API.
