In post 4 of his Sarajevo thread, dunkhippo33 argues there's a real business opportunity in the Balkans: Sarajevo has no Uber or equivalent, and apparently no super app like most of the world has, even though people seem able to afford one. It was the second thing that struck him on the trip, echoing his thread's conclusion about local-market opportunities.
