Brooklyn-based Ultra Robotics raised a $50M Series A led by Framework Ventures to scale its warehouse RaaS business. Its non-humanoid robots pack goods for transit at third-party logistics sites, with 500K+ orders packed across US warehouses. The model is an integration fee plus monthly support with no big CapEx; demand is strong enough that Ultra has been raising prices. It partners with Physical Intelligence for the AI layer.
