Claude Max and Team plans now include monthly API credits usable in third-party harnesses

Anthropic quietly updated its support docs: as of October 7, Claude Max and Team plans include monthly API credits covering the Claude Agent SDK, claude -p, the Claude API, and Claude Managed Agents — meaning subscribers can use third-party harnesses without paying extra. This follows June's pause of previously announced Agent SDK usage changes after community backlash. Daniel Mac notes this would have been huge positive news six months ago.
