Indie iOS driving journal Milepost ships its own MCP server for agents
rudrank · x · 2026-10-12
An indie developer has launched Milepost, an iOS driving journal that records route, distance, speed and weather in the background, lets you mark moments along the drive, and auto-generates photo-rich "Roadbooks" to share with friends, plus monthly recaps. Notably, the app ships its own MCP server, letting external AI agents access drive data and recommend routes — a rare example of a consumer app plugging into the agent ecosystem.
