Use MORE abstractions in the AI age: constrain agents, save tokens, cut rework

Matt Pocockk argues for a counterintuitive take: in the AI age we should use more abstractions, not fewer. Combined with strict lint rules, abstractions shrink the design space available to coding agents and steer them toward good decisions; high-leverage abstractions also mean less code and fewer tokens, and agents make unwinding a bad abstraction far cheaper. Quoted author eulerfx adds that two decades of "leaky abstraction" sermons became an excuse to stop pushing on abstractions, and that agents now make it dramatically cheaper to let abstractions leak and refine their semantics.
