Open-source web studio Black Wire Forge turns one line of text into a full music video

Black Wire Forge is a free, MIT-licensed web studio that sits on top of the ComfyUI you already run — it ships no models and doesn't change your install. It reads the models and nodes on each of your ComfyUI machines, and after you describe what you want in plain language, it builds the graph and sends it to ComfyUI over its API.

Highlights:

Rooms for music, pictures, video, 3D, characters and talking heads; one click turns any song into a finished music video by splitting it into shots matched to lyric lines.
Each room has an optional AI "guide" persona (lyrics, prompts, shot ideas) that works with any OpenAI-compatible model, including local ones; show it a bad image and it suggests fixes.
A Cutting Room turns a script into a storyboard, lets you re-make any shot, and exports via ffmpeg.
Manages several ComfyUI machines at once (no simultaneous model loads on shared GPUs), and exposes an HTTP API where one short JSON request replaces a whole ComfyUI graph; AGENTS.md lets Claude Code or Codex set it up.

Tested on an RTX 5080 (16GB) and AMD Strix Halo (128GB unified memory), running ACE-Step 1.5, YuE2, MiniMax-Music3, Qwen-Image 2.1, LTX-2.5, MiniMax-H3 and TRELLIS2. Listens on 127.0.0.1 only, no login.
