Open-source MCP server writes your standup from merge requests and reads failing CI logs
Jubstaa · reddit · 2026-10-12
standup-mr is an open-source (MIT) MCP server that reads your GitLab merge requests (ready/blocked/draft/awaiting review) to auto-write standup notes, and when a pipeline is red, opens the job log to extract the actual error line. Available as a hosted service with OAuth (no API key) — add it to Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, VS Code, Gemini CLI or Codex via GitHub/GitLab/self-hosted GitLab sign-in, usable from the Claude mobile app — or run locally with npx standup-mr fetch --markdown.
