Developer gives each AI agent its own mailbox, including per-task disposable inboxes
Constant_Juice_5852 · reddit · 2026-10-12
A Reddit developer shares his multi-agent workflow practice: instead of sharing his own mailbox, he gives each agent its own inbox — intake, audit, broker desk, signup — plus short-lived run-xxxx mailboxes created per task and deleted after use (mostly so signup codes have somewhere to land without breaking the workflow).
He finds this far cleaner than one shared Gmail, but is accumulating a lot of mailboxes, and asks the community: who else does per-task inboxes, at what point does it get messy, and is it fine as long as they're on your own domain?
