PwC upgrades paper PDF reader with faster loading and chapter jump navigation

NielsRogge announced two improvements to the paper PDF reading experience on Papers With Code: faster PDF loading and the ability to jump to specific chapters. He demoed the feature using a new paper from Xiaomi's MiMo team.
