CC Switcher: open-source Windows app to run multiple Claude Desktop profiles in parallel
zeeg · x · 2026-10-12
zeeg shipped CC Switcher, a small open-source Windows helper app for running Claude Desktop under multiple accounts at once (e.g. work and personal), with each profile visually color-coded so you can tell windows apart.
- Launches profiles from the Start menu; any number of profiles can run in parallel
- Per-user installer, no admin required; unsigned, so SmartScreen needs a manual override
- The multi-profile capability is natively supported by Claude Code — the app just makes it accessible
- MIT licensed, installers on GitHub releases; unofficial, not affiliated with Anthropic
