Provenance gateway turns AI agent tool calls into audit-grade, tamper-evident records
hutsonlabs · reddit · 2026-10-11
Hutson Labs built Provenance, a gateway between agents and their HTTP/MCP tool calls that holds credentials so calls can't happen unrecorded. Records are signed and hash-chained, log policy decisions, and export with completeness attestations; it runs self-hosted with an open verifier. The author admits raw API keys can bypass it (detectable after the fact) and is seeking design partners in US financial services.
