OpenDDE 1.2 is now live in TT-Bio and available to everyone on Japanfold. Per dollar, a Tenstorrent Blackhole Galaxy server folds about 4x more OpenDDE 1.2 structures than an Nvidia DGX H200.
The new guided docking feature takes a few known contacts and turns antibody docking from mostly failing into mostly right — top-1 success jumps from 19% to 84% on hard targets at almost no extra compute. Built by @itswillhua and AurekaBio.
