Shrike: open-source MCP server that gives Claude Code a recording of your app's crash

Reddit user Smnt released Shrike, a free open-source desktop app that fixes AI coding assistants' biggest debugging weakness: guessing from pasted errors.
- The app runs your web app and records the entire request when you click something: every function, values, DB queries, and the exact line where it died
- It exposes that "trip recording" to Claude Code over MCP, so the agent reads the actual execution trace instead of guessing
- It can also replay API requests and suggest patches, but deliberately can't apply code or run shell commands — every change needs a human click
Mac-only for now; the author is soliciting ideas for what other tools an agent should get for debugging.
