This founder runs his entire product distribution from an Obsidian vault pointed at Claude Code

Solo founder @EXM7777 shares a personal workflow that turns an Obsidian vault of thousands of markdown notes into a distribution engine driven by Claude Code. The vault stores structured context: what he sells and what counts as a win, competitor pages/prices/claims, buyers' exact doubts from comments, breakdowns of winning ads and videos (hook, beats, angle), daily-scraped YouTube competitor titles/thumbnails/transcripts, a channel publishing log, and rules for what the agent does alone vs. what needs his approval.
When working on distribution, he points Claude Code at the vault so every channel writes from what's actually working. He links a full tutorial on the setup, arguing that building is now easy and the hard part — getting seen — is increasingly handed to Opus 5.5 inside Claude Code.
