schemagate 1.3.0 filters MCP database schemas by role, adds ML-DSA-65 signed audit log
Temporary_Papaya1058 · reddit · 2026-10-10
Open-source schemagate 1.3.0 tackles a blind spot: when Claude/Cursor queries a database via MCP, it sees the full schema first. schemagate filters tables/columns by the caller's roles before the model sees them, and runquery refuses even quoted, bracketed, comma-join or SELECT references.
- Every tool argument is described to the agent; all tools marked read-only
- New quantum-safe, tamper-evident audit log: hash-chained records signed with NIST's ML-DSA-65, verifiable via schemagate audit verify
- Public demo endpoint for trying without installing
- Supports Postgres, Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server, SQLite; Apache-2.0
