ToolUniverse now bundles 2,900+ scientific tools and 150+ skills with auto GPU environment setup, letting AI agents run ML models on local GPUs for biological discovery. The team shared its EGFR design exploration from the Anthropic × Adaptyv Protein Design Challenge: BoltzGen/ProteinMPNN/RFdiffusion3/Genie3 for design, Boltz2/Chai1/ColabFold/Protenix/RoseTTAFold3 for prediction comparisons, and PROPKA/Proton-PottsMPNN for pH analyses.
