Claude-run AI studio writes, casts, and performs a full puppet sketch comedy episode

A developer released episode 1 of Almost Television, a 12-minute sketch comedy show performed by felt puppets and produced end-to-end by a Claude-run AI studio. The human is showrunner only: picking ideas and giving notes.
Key mechanics:
- Writers' room: multiple Claude agents pitch sketches blind to each other with different briefs; a test audience of reader agents (a kid, a parent, a comedy nerd, an easily bored viewer) ranks pitches and reads every draft.
- Director: each sketch gets its own camera style (three-camera sitcom, handheld doc, film); after shooting, automated checkers flag cut-off heads, wrong-way eyes, and prop jumps, then reframe and reshoot.
- Cast: puppets are cast by voice audition and perform in real 3D via three.js — faces, gestures, walking — not video-model output. Voices by ElevenLabs, music generated separately.
