Reactor ships open-source ComfyUI nodes for real-time world models and live webcam editing
boudaboy · reddit · 2026-10-10
Reactor released open-source ComfyUI nodes that plug real-time video models into node graphs: real-time world models and video generation, plus live webcam editing including style transfer, virtual try-on, subject replacement, and background replacement. Models run on their servers — no weights to download, no local GPU needed.
Unlike ComfyStream, which covers real-time workflows on your own hardware, this is a cloud-hosted tradeoff. The nodes are open source but the models run behind a paid API requiring an account, as the author discloses upfront. ComfyUI posted a demo on X. Repo: github.com/reactor-team/comfyui-reactor-api.
