Motion transfer model comparison: H3 best quality but 30+ min per 720p clip
mesiac_8227 · reddit · 2026-10-10
Seeking model/workflow recommendations for motion transfer, the author shares hands-on comparisons:
- H3: best quality, but a 720p24 clip (4 steps) takes 30+ min even on an RTX Pro 6000 with 96GB RAM
- Scail2: lacks realism, persistent grain on hair/background, eye issues
- Wan22: masking problems (fixable), same realism shortfall
- Kling, Seedance (cloud): no LoRA support, poor character consistency
- LTX 2.3/2.5 not yet tested
The author is asking experienced users for workflow advice.
