ChatGPT account shows a chat the user never sent — account security scare
iamjohncarterofmars · reddit · 2026-10-11
A Reddit user found a chat in his ChatGPT history that he never sent and that never appeared in his context — a lookup about "Thermistor." His account has the highest security settings, and while his girlfriend and brother have access, neither would plausibly need such a query (his brother, a high schooler, was off school on a Saturday). He asks whether he should be concerned. A notable account-security anomaly report.
