Multitap, a mixed reality app for Quest 3, has opened early access. It reads a game while it runs, re-renders its world as 3D in your room, and lets you explore and remix it.
Key details:
- Works with games you already own; starts with a handful of classics, more added over time
- Runs fully on-device at 60fps — no PC, no streaming
- Mixed reality first, with more views planned later
- Invites go out in small waves via a waitlist
The launch follows a live demo of the app playing Street Fighter II on the streets of Akihabara.
