Theo shared a personal voice-notes workflow: the iPhone Action Button opens a Telegram bot where he rambles thoughts; the bot transcribes and appends them to a document. Instead of real-time AI chat, notes are processed in batches — the bot organizes fragments, runs actions, updates live documents, surfaces key points and reflects them back.
