vista8 · x · 2026-10-10
- An indie developer released qiaomu-cover-design, an MIT-licensed open-source Obsidian plugin that turns notes into editable covers and posters, heading to the official plugin store soon.
- Key features:
- One prompt generates 7 layout templates adapted to different platforms;
- Select any element and edit it via natural language (e.g. "make the title red");
- Integrates Codex CLI image generation, Jimeng, Gemini and other models;
- Built-in thousands of emojis plus the Unsplash open image library, with drawing and export support.
- The author says the first version took three days of AI-assisted coding; built on Fabric.js, local-first.
