asc CLI 5.14 ships Linux iOS builds, deletes 10k lines of redundant test code

asc CLI, a third-party App Store Connect command-line tool, released v5.14.0:
- iOS builds on Linux: asc builds compile uses xtool to build a thin arm64 iOS app from a Swift package (device/simulator, debug/release); asc builds package signs it with rcodesign, verifying profile trust, expiry, bundle ID, certificate binding and entitlements before signing.
- Breaking changes: binaries now built with Go 1.27.1 and require macOS 13+; with ASCBYPASSKEYCHAIN set, web sessions cache only to the file backend.
- Engineering cleanup: over 10k lines of redundant test code deleted, timing tests made deterministic, CI and release pipelines sharded — make test is much faster.
The tool bundles no Xcode or Apple SDKs; users install xtool and rcodesign themselves.
