The author demos compiling an iOS app on Linux using the xtool toolchain via asc builds compile, producing a thin arm64 .app with --platform device (simulator also supported). He notes that while simulator builds compile fine, actually running them still requires a Mac. The demo is part of App Store Connect CLI 5.14.0.
