asc CLI 5.14.0 brings iOS builds on Linux via xtool and rcodesign, requires macOS 13+

rudrank published the full changelog for asc (App Store Connect CLI) 5.14.0:
New: iOS builds on Linux
- asc builds compile turns a prepared xtool Swift package into a thin arm64 iOS app (device/simulator, debug/release).
- asc builds package signs with rcodesign and writes an IPA, validating profile trust, expiry, bundle ID, certificate binding, and entitlements; --ad-hoc yields a local-only test IPA.
- Requires your own xtool/rcodesign install; Apple SDK terms on non-Apple hardware are your responsibility.
Breaking changes: binaries built with Go 1.27.1 and require macOS 13+; with ASCBYPASSKEYCHAIN, web sessions cache only in the file backend, and an explicit keychain backend now fails with exit 2 before sign-in.
Error handling: rejected presigned uploads now include the HTTP status (403 suggests retrying an expired upload URL); network failures keep their classification and wait timeouts keep their original cause.
