Senior engineer shares his loop orchestrator: an agent-managed SQLite ticket system that's handled 1,200+ tickets

A 20+ year senior engineer shows how his loop orchestrator, "Lloyd," actually works in production:
- Self-managed ticket table: the agent's primary goal is maintaining a simple SQLite table — an internal, clickable Jira — that has handled 1,200+ tickets. New tickets can be matched against prior related ones, giving any model a database of tribal knowledge.
- Heartbeat + pulse actions: each cycle runs a playbook that checks email for customer bug reports (with context lookup before staffing), checks whether site docs need updates, and proactively scans the app's own logs — surfacing bugs nobody reported and that never threw errors. It also files its own tickets for bugs and enhancements, giving the agent a voice for the human to triage.
The core method: give the agent a database to manage its own memory and tasks, so value compounds over time.
