AI recipes aren't AI creations: the original author was simply erased

gerardsans argues that when AI gives you a recipe, it didn't create it or learn to cook — the recipe came from a blog or cookbook, authored by a person whose credit was removed. The creativity and human traits belong to the original author, and the provenance could be traced like a web search but usually isn't.
