Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella introduces Microsoft-Decision-1, a new model for fast decision-making that reportedly outperforms both LLMs and other decision models in latency and quality on structured decision tasks. It is already being tested across Microsoft for incident response, quality control, and scientific discovery.
