Testing an agent to book a hotel: manual credit card entry remains the bottleneck

Niels Rogge followed up on his earlier failed test of booking a hotel with @bot, noting it turned out to be a standard Booking.com reservation. His take: initial impressions are pretty good, and adding credit cards for agents — similar to how email addresses are provisioned — could be a nice next step. Since he still had to manually enter card details, he could have booked it himself.
