Developer superalesha shared a video created entirely at home on a single RTX 3090, using a fully local pipeline: Qwen Image 2.1 and FLUX dev for images, MiniMax H3 for video, and YuE2 for music. It shows open-weight models can now cover the whole image-to-video-to-audio creation chain on consumer hardware.
