Chollet backs Busabase: open-source MIT database lets AI agents turn chat output into reusable team assets
fchollet · x · 2026-10-10
François Chollet highlighted Busabase, a new open-source (MIT) database and workspace that fixes a core pain point of AI agents: results trapped in isolated chat histories that never compound. Agents write directly into a structured workspace, turning outputs into reusable data, docs, and skills for the whole team. It ships as cloud (no download) or local desktop (data stays local), integrates with Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and others, and targets use cases from customer support and marketing to content pipelines and team memory.
