He claims almost no one on-chain understands quantum encryption at even a rudimentary level, and that no crypto developer can solve quantum security from a MacBook — serious quantum attack experiments require a quantum compute cluster or even a small data center, not a single IBM Quantum instance. His advice: don't get inflated by ignorant hype.
