8-step Claude Code workflow builds a cheap, highly accurate classifier

A workflow retweeted by Garry Tan as "very underrated" builds a low-cost, highly accurate classifier entirely within Claude Code: use fable to write the classification prompt, run 100 samples through fable as ground truth, wire up a cheap model (jev) with fallback logic (confidence < 0.7 escalates to the frontier model, falls back to luna below a threshold), evaluate results with fable, and iterate on the prompt until edge cases are covered. The loop yields a cheap and accurate classifier applicable to almost any task.
