Developers push Google for native offline Ukrainian speech models, ticket now assigned

A community-driven feature request on Google Issue Tracker asks for system-wide offline Speech-to-Text and Text-to-Speech models for Ukrainian (uk-UA). The ticket passed triage, is marked Assigned, and has been forwarded to Google's product and engineering teams.
