Clinical KG paper logs rule traces before conclusions, hits 100% audit fidelity across 6,720 patients

An arXiv paper (2610.06549) by Surajit Das presents the CKG Clinical Explanation Engine, which records typed facts, explicit rule-application traces, and provenance-linked conclusions from a frozen, training-free clinical knowledge-graph reasoner—instead of asking an LLM to explain itself after the fact. Across 6,720 patients and 20,160 patient-disease traces, it achieved 100% validity, provenance, and trace completeness, with 99.7% availability representation consistency. The author argues the evidence→reasoning→conclusion→action pattern matters far beyond healthcare.
