A Redditor used ChatGPT's image generator to design an entire fictional Art Deco estate:
- Started from a Google Earth screenshot of hilltops across the Carquinez Strait from Benicia, California
- Through iterative revisions and reference photos of Art Deco architecture, arrived at "Carquinez House" — imagined as a high-end event venue with a large private apartment
- Generated day/night views, the ballroom, a cocktail lounge, terraces, overhead layouts, and hid the parking garage and utilities underground in a neighboring hill to keep the landscape natural
- Impressed by how far iterative edits plus reference images could push the aesthetic
