Give AI Agents an Empty 3D World: They Build Villages and Even Write Constitutions
pkmital · x · 2026-10-09
The Emergentic project studies what happens when AI agents self-organize in an empty 3D world: most build villages, some draft constitutions, and they often form agreements and even hierarchies. In one run, 16 agents talked for 4 hours and built nothing. The author has added an interactive timeline showing data from all simulations across all models.
