Investor signull argues nearly all human activity—physical or digital—decomposes into 8 primitives: perception, memory, reasoning, judgment, communication, coordination, execution, and verification. Every business is just a different composition of these. His thesis: AI companies with horizontal leverage should improve these fundamental operations by 10–100x and let the gains compound across millions of workflows until the entire economy is automated—an opportunity he sizes as "basically the entire GDP." Everything else on the product roadmap, he says, is a distraction.
