Quoting @anuatluru's line "the hard skills are getting softer and the soft skills are getting harder," Cristóbal Valenzuela calls it "the Moravec's paradox of the economy" — technical hard skills are being rapidly commoditized by AI while judgment, communication and interpersonal soft skills become the new scarce, difficult capabilities.
