She chained Instinct and Codex via email to autonomously execute a 19-item task list

AI educator Allie K. Miller shares an "unhinged" agent workflow: before bed, she had the conversational agent Instinct compress a full day of drafting, prioritizing and strategizing into one massive prompt for OpenAI Codex to execute a 19-item list, then had Instinct write a second prompt telling Codex to search her email and find the note left for it.
The core idea: chain two agents into an async pipeline via email — one plans, one executes, with email as the handoff medium.
