Sodabase launches to auto-detect and fix Supabase tables broken by your AI agent
santiviquez · x · 2026-10-08
- Sodabase launched today targeting a new failure mode: AI agents quietly breaking your Supabase data without anything crashing. It detects broken tables, finds the cause, and proposes fixes.
- It catches three classes of issues: Stale (a cron/sync stops writing), Schema changed (a renamed/removed column breaks downstream functions), and Wrong (updates continue but data goes bad — duplicates, spikes).
- Connect a project and it reads tables, cron jobs, edge functions and logs, learning each table's normal update patterns — no per-table rules. Alerts land in Slack with root cause and a suggested fix you can approve. Example catch: a migration made profiles.username required while handlenewuser didn't set it, silently killing all signups.
