Bengaluru startup Shigram is building a single AI counter unit that unifies ordering, kitchen display, payments and customer identity for quick-service restaurants, turning anonymous walk-ins into known repeat customers. Live with 1,000+ transactions and 700+ registered identities, it targets ₹7k/month ARPU per terminal via SaaS and transaction fees, and is raising a ₹10 Cr seed round (₹1 Cr first tranche) to drive cluster density.
